Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will provide instructions for the return and will cover the return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send the correct item or issue a refund if appropriate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To process a damage claim, we require:

A continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package being opened and the condition of the item.
This helps us investigate shipping damage and submit claims with our shipping partners.
If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
A continuous unboxing video of the unopened parcel is required for missing-item claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
